Sealing involves isolating two parts of a system to prevent leaks (air, gas, fluids, fire, etc.)
These solutions must withstand harsh environments (particles, hydrocarbons, extreme temperatures).

Bellows
Delmon Group produces all types of transmission bellows and other functions. These bellows are made with high-performance formulas (grease-compatible, for dynamic applications (over 3,000 RPM), whether for assembled, crimped, or bonded versions on metal inserts. The bellows are validated on internal test benches and with the support of external laboratories. For after-sales service, complete kits (grease, metal fasteners, sealing rings in individual boxes) are provided. Universal bellows kits adaptable to various vehicles have also been developed.

Electrical insulators
The multifunction unit is part of a range of single-phase circuit breaker products for the railway sector. Optionally equipped with a surge arrester (against overvoltages) and/or a ferrite (for electromagnetic interference limitation).

Technical seals
These AIR/FIRE seals meet specifications for LEAP, CFM56 engine, or fuselage environments. They are resistant to oils, hydrocarbons, and extreme temperatures. Some of these seals meet ISO 2685-1998 and AC20-135 standards, known as fire seals (no flame penetration after a 15-minute test at 1,100 °C).
