The company is a rubber sealing solutions supplier able to propose you and design various formulations compatible with transmission greases. The bellows are validated on internal test benches with external laboratory support.
For aftermarket, complete kits with grease, metal fasteners, closing seals in individual boxes are supplied. Universal bellows kits adaptable to different vehicles have also been developed.

Delmon Group is able to provide fire seals that meet the ISO 2685-1998 and AC20-135 standard requirements (no flame penetration after 15 minutes of testing at 1100°C).

INDUSTRY
Multi-function unit is the “new generation” of one-phase circuit breaking for railway applications.
CAN BE FITTED WITH A LIGHTNING ARRESTER (SUPERCHARGING PREVENTION) AND/OR A FERRITE (ELECTROMAGNETIC DISTURBANCES MANAGEMENT).
The Unit is based on the combination of a pneumatic vacuum circuit breaker and 38KS-P pneumatic locking grounding switch.

Well known as a sealing key player by many manufacturers or tiers 1 supplier, Castellbisbal plant’s produces rubber caps for front and rear car automotive lamps.
These parts are made from low fogging, low viscosity and Sulfur-free elastomer compound.
To protect and seal cables or electronic control systems, Delmon Group produces bulkhead and wire grommets. They are fixed to the bodywork, bonnet and insides of doors.
RUBBER VALVES
INDUSTRY
AEROSPACE VALVE
Dedicated to hydraulic lubrication modules for civil and defense turbojet engines in the aerospace sector. These valves are resistant to high pressures, hydraulic oils at 160°C, etc …
GAS VALVE :
These valves are dedicated for gas flow regulation with the target to switch off the natural gas flow for safety applications. Delmon Group develops materials on this market that meet the EN549 standard requirements.
BRAKE VALVE :
These parts, composed with metal or plastic inserts are dedicated for braking systems for safety applications. This is why Delmon Group has been developing specific elastomers to meet high level customer requirements.
